The trust was formed by a committed group of schools in and around the town of Southwell, Nottinghamshire. These schools have worked as a close family for many years and wish to continue their work together as a multi-academy trust to both secure and continue to improve the quality of education in the local area, welcoming other schools who share a similar philosophy.
The Minster Trust for Education welcomes enquiries from any school interested in joining our Trust. MITRE is already growing with schools across the age ranges and in a number of different locations.
